Information Collection and Use
eHostia collects information from clients in order to fulfill orders, contact clients, conduct analytics, and improve sales using pixels. The services we use for this purpose include WordPress, PayPal, Google Analytics, and Facebook Pixel.
We use this information to provide and improve our services, respond to customer support requests, send promotional emails and/or offers, and to better understand the needs and interests of our clients.
Data Retention and Deletion
eHostia retains client data as long as the client remains a customer of our service. Once a client leaves our service, their data will be deleted. Clients can request the status of their data by sending an email to [email protected].
eHostia does not sell client data to third parties. We may share information with third-party service providers as necessary to provide our services, such as payment processing or customer support. These third-party service providers are only given access to the information needed to perform their specific functions and are not allowed to use the information for any other purpose.
