VPS questions
How long does a VPS take to arrive?
Minutes in the normal case. Providers occasionally take longer to release a machine, and when that happens you see the real stage it is at rather than a spinner and a guess.
Do I get root access?
These are managed machines: you work through the control panel, which covers files, databases, email, SSL, cron and backups. If your project genuinely needs root, tell us before you order and we will say honestly whether we are the right host for it.
How many websites can I host?
As many as the machine can carry — there is no artificial limit. Add domains from the panel whenever you like.
Is the storage SSD or NVMe?
The size and type shown on each plan is what that plan ships with. Where a faster storage option exists we say so on the plan rather than in the small print.
Can I move up from shared hosting?
